Progress was slowed for most of last year and early this year due to a Lis Pendans claim against the Coatesville Redevelopment Authority disputing ownership title to much of Coatesville land, including the NSEC site. Persistence is paying off for the developers of the National Sports and Events Center (NSEC), a multi-sport, events and entertainment facility that features the National Velodrome, the first permanent indoor velodrome in the Eastern United States.
